Supply of equipment and integration of TRS.Net in Celsa Group
The project proposed and carried out by Vidmar Group for Global Steel Wire, company of Celsa Group dedicated to the manufacture of wire rod, has consisted in the supply of the equipment and integration of the TRS.Net system in the two new entrance weighing scales of the GSW plant.
This system allows the control of the platforms in the same way that is being done in the rest of the Celsa Group plants that have the TRS.Net system. In addition of this, the new barriers and gantries existing in the plant have been integrated into TRS.Net and at the same time, it has been prepared so that in the future the control can be extended to other control devices.
This installation is composed by:
- Weighing scale terminal – Product input weighing scales:
This terminal allows the identification of the driver and the display of the weight of the scale.
- Communications closet:
To be able to distribute communications between different equipment.
- Pre-classification trucks terminal:
Terminal that allows the identification of the driver in the pre-classification of trucks.
The identification is done by QR reader through mobile device or QR code printed.
- Narrow Self-Service Terminal Without Base
Metallic identification terminal, with DINA4 document printing, for self-service operation.
